Town Hall Reservation

In consideration of being granted permission to use the Farmington Town Hall, the undersigned ("Renter") agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: The Renter understands and acknowledges that the use of the Town Hall facilities involves potential risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss. The Renter voluntarily assumes all such risks.

2. Hold Harmless and Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Town of Farmington, its officials, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from Injury to persons (including death), Damage to property, Or other loss related to the use of the Town Hall by the Renter, its guests, invitees, contractors, or participants. With this electronic signature and submission, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Hold Harmless Waiver and the rental of the Town Hall.
